Company Scenario :

This company is a leading and high growth PV (Photovoltaic) equipment provider for process equipments and automation systems for the PV industry. They used to be a Germany LED, LCD equipment provider.

 Responsibilities: 

This person will take overall responsibility for the following key objectives:
1. Arrange production and improve efficiency of production to meet delivery date and production targets;
2. Coordinate plant operations with Maintenance and Quality Assurance to ensure the equipment are maintained, updated or scrapped as needed and insure plant and employees meeting and/or exceeding quality standards; Attends Annual ISO audits.
3. Hire, train, instruct and evaluate members of staff and maintain a high level of employee safety.

 Top 3 Requirements: 

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanic or engineering is preferred.
2. 8 year relevant experience in mechanical manufacture/engineering and managing and solid machining production management experience.
3. Excellent English speaking, listening, writing skill.

 Sepcial Requirements: 

1. Stable and can adapt to different culture and changes.
2. Strong communication and coordination skills.
3. Working effectively and accurately under narrow time limitation.
