Position: 

Cooperate Communications Manager

Company Scenario :

This company is one of the largest foreign investors in China. Each of its subsidiaries has developed extensive cooperation with China. The corporation has more than 40 joint ventures and wholly owned enterprise.

 Responsibilities: 

1. Lead the planning and development of communications strategies and tactics to enhance corporate reputation in support of company’s business growth and long-term success in China.
2. Manage corporate communications activities: develop key messages in collaboration with corporate communications staff and ensure the integration of messages into all corporate communications deliverables in China, both for market and government consumption.
3. Manage and enhance media relations; respond to inquiries from local and foreign media in China. Organize and manage press conferences, events and interviews with UTC executives. Build relationships and provide briefings for Chinese journalists.
4. Manage company’s CSR programs in China; create and develop programs and manage implementation UTC corporate social responsibility programs in China.

 Top 3 Requirements: 

1. Five to seven years experience with MNC leading corporate communications and media projects with responsibilities for planning, budgeting, events management and interacting with vendors, organizations and decision-makers.
2. Excellent writing, editorial and translation skills, including experience in writing press releases and speeches.
3. Of the highest ethical standards.

 Special Requirements: 

University degree in journalism, communications or related field.
