Company Scenario :

In 2008, consolidated revenue of the Company reached RMB 115.2 bn with a total asset of RMB 64.4 bn. The accumulated tax paid over the years totaled RMB 12.6 bn.

 Responsibilities: 

1.The legal manager should oversee and provide legal advice to the company’s external and invested commercial activities overseas and in China, which include legal service for Pre-IPO projects, fund-raising and M&A activities for the company or portfolios.
2.He/She is responsible for supporting the business in dealing with all legal issues including reviewing contracts, policy and practice issues, legal due diligence and dealing with shareholding.
3.He/She is responsible for advising and auditing on various situations in dealing with external parties (legal firms) and providing guidance in accordance to laws and regulations as well as the company’s business practice.

 Top 3 Requirements: 

1.The ideal candidate should have total 10 years around legal relevant working experience and minimum of 3 years legal advice experience in a commercial practice.
2.The candidate should have previous proven experience in practice which includes IPO practice, due diligence and M&A project practice.
3.The candidate should have Bachelor Degree or above in Law.

 Special Requirements: 

1. This position is male preferred.
2. Excellent English skills are required including speaking, reading, listening and writing.
