Offline Acquisition Manager

Founded in 1995, it connects a diverse and passionate community of individual buyers and sellers, as well as small businesses. Their collective impact on e-commerce is staggering: In 2008, the total worth of goods sold on website was USD billion - ,000 every second.

 Responsibilities: 

1. Overall responsibility for managing an 30+ persons Tele-sales team in Shanghai, Wenzhou, and Shenzhen, including budgeting, planning and executing programs to meet the national business budget.
2. Leading telesales teams to develop business opportunities and sign deals with key merchants and to grow the seller/merchant business.
3. Developing business opportunities via partnering with different channels e.g. industry association, shipping service providers, university association, etc.

 Top 3 Requirements: 

1. At least 7-8 years of sales or new business development experience in enterprise sales and familiarity with e-commerce.
2. Track record in leading and managing over 30 persons telesales team/organization, along with ability to keep productivity levels high through system/process design and implementation.
3. Demonstration of strategic orientation and tactical business sense within a highly competitive and past-paced market.

 Special Requirements: 

1. Strategic orientation and strong tactical business sense.
2. Fluency in both English and Chinese (Spoken and Written).
3. Flexibility to travel within China (up to 50%).
