 Responsibilities: 

This is a management role which is responsible for M&A target company to quickly increase company revenue and curtail production period. The details are:
1.Set up and manage the M&A process and procedures.
2.Conduct due diligence activities, draft M&A documentation.
3.Negotiate with the target company.

 Top 3 Requirements: 

1.The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years M&A experience in insurance, Telecom, Finance, Retail, Transportation or Petroleum. Candidate with IT Background preferred.
2.The candidate should have good track record in M&A projects.
3.The candidate should have strong business sense and be familiar with China laws and market.

 Special Requirements: 

1.Bachelor Degree or above.
2.Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
3.Strong negotiation and communication skills.
