Company Scenario :

This company is one of China's first domestic PE firms which is focusing on the buyout and commercialization of Chinese SOEs and on making growth capital investments in rapidly-growing private Chinese companies, sponsored by one great domestic holding company.

 Responsibilities: 

1. Establish, maintain and nurture good working relationships with Chinese government agencies and authorities. (China Securities Regulatory Commission, ministry of commerce, National Development & Reform Commission etc.)
2. Support high visits of top management Assist with the helping to arrange the visits of high level Chinese delegations.
3. Enhance Company efforts, where Chinese and International Law allows, in advancing positions favorable in technical and business related areas.

 Top 3 Requirements: 

1. Familiar to working process and style with Chinese government agencies and authorities.
2. Should have bachelor degree or above, strong communication skills.
3. Familiar with Investment and the securities industry.

 Special Requirements: 

Government Agency working experience is preferable.
